Refund Policy

We accept returns for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

If you purchased a bundle set, the entire set must be returned to receive a refund or exchange.
Free items such as car diffusers, 5ml samples (single bottles and sample packs) cannot be exchanged or returned for refunds.

If you received a free 50ml bottle and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.
