Placed an order of approximately £50, item was marked as dispatched but never received by Evri. Evri will not deal with me as they have never received the parcel. Contacted the company who asked me to complete a form stating Evri have lost the parcel which I was uncomfortable with but completed as didn't seem to be another alternative. Company are now not replying and original parcel still awaited from sender by Evri. It's been a week since the order, and I am no closer to having received my order. Debating a chargeback now as there seems to be no option to help consumers.

Perfect! I am super impressed with the 6 bottle set that I bought. The packaging is smart and robust. The bottles are stylish and tactile with a good spray distribution. The value is unreal, such lovely scents for such a great price. I go through fragrances so quickly and I will definitely be getting these same ones again, all are lovely and fine on my skin. Delivery was quick too. All round great purchase and very much recommended.
3 of the 6 perfumes arrived broken. Jason at customer service apologised and the replacements arrived within a couple of days. Excellent service!
Absolutely stunning perfumes, super fast delivery and incredible value! They smell gorgeous - no chemical smell like some other perfumes. I've been buying from another low cost perfume company but verve has me loyal now!
Really nice sweet scent and it doesn't smell like alcohol at all like some cheapies do. It smells dead expensive and the bottle looks smart on my dresser too, only gave 4 stars cause the lid was a bit stiff at first but its fine now.
pretty good set overall. nothing smells cheap which was my main worry. been using one daily and another for nights out.
